Our team of appraisal professionals has extensive experience in all types of residential valuations. From retrospective appraisals for estate settlements, to reports that will stand up in court or pre-listing appraisals for one-of-a-kind properties.
Our Appraisers
Our appraisal team is led by Scott Brown, a certified appraiser with a degree in Law and Real Estate Studies and over 30 years of experience in the industry. With four additional appraisers and two state-licensed trainees, we bring experience, expertise, and local knowledge to all of our reports.

We've spent years working for banks and corporations, and are on the approved list for every major appraisal management company. But now we're doing what we enjoy most, which is working for real people, providing them with the information they need to make informed real estate decisions.
